Yes, you will need a lock for your storage unit. We do our best to offer for purchase different lock options at our office during office hours.

We require all customers to carry tenant insurance as your belongings in storage are not covered by our policy. For convenience we have a partner company that provides a few coverage options and you will be billed monthly with the unit rent.

No. At the time of signing you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you access to your unit during normal access hours. What is the late payment procedure? Your monthly rent is due on the same day each month (the anniversary date of the rental). We provide a five-day grace period before charging a 20% late fee on the 6th day past a payment due date. Late fees cannot be waived and the full balance must be paid immediately to avoid foreclosure. No partial payments are accepted. Please also note that until your account is paid in full, access to your unit may be denied, your gate code access is removed and your unit will be over-locked.
The easiest way is to use our website and pay online. You can also pay in person or by phone considering our office hours and availability. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card/savings/checking account monthly.
